How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Processing time: 1-2 weeks

As a handcrafted, small batch perfumery singlehandedly run by our founder and perfumer, our products are made to order to avoid excess in inventory and waste.

Standard shipping:
3-7 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

You can find an estimated shipping timeline for your order at checkout. Estimated delivery range is completely under the courier's discretion. We cannot be held liable for any delays.

Please note that the shipping timeline does not include our processing time.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and location. Please note that the estimated delivery range upon checkout does not include our 1-2 weeks processing time.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping or in cases of tracking marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 in order to investigate this issue. If it is with UPS please call 1-800-742-5877.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order and it has not been shipped out, please contact us as soon as possible.

However, if the package has already been handed to the courier, we are unable to make changes to the order.

Returns

Can I return a product if I have opened it or used it?

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept exchanges nor refunds once the product has been opened or used.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations so for every full bottle purchase we always add a sample vial for you to test out before opening or using the full bottle.

After testing our sample vial and the fragrance does not meet your expectations, please send us an e-mail within two weeks after purchase with your order number and we can start the return process.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. Any refunds processed will amount to the total cost of product/s returned minus shipping costs.

All returned products must be unused and unopened.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.

Can I return a product if it causes an allergic reaction or doesn't work for my skin type?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we want you to feel confident in your purchase. For every full bottle purchase we always add a 1mL sample vial for you to test out before opening or using the full bottle.
